Chun Jou Tsai

A native of Taiwan, with extensive knowledge of dance performance, choreography, education, and acting.  Her prolific career includes touring internationally with the Lan Yang Dance Company, commercial work as lead actress/dancer in music videos, and performing with the Pascal Rioult Dance Company during their summer intensives.  She has received numerous awards for her choreography and performance since 2005 as well as funding to attend the prestigious American Dance Festival and Vienna International Dance Festival (ImPulsTanz).  Dream accepted a full scholarship in 2010 to attend the Case Western Reserve University MFA in Contemporary Dance program where she continued to receive accolades for her work.  After coming to Boston in 2013, she joined Urbanity Dance and Luminarium Dance, LCTC Lorraine Chapman Dance and Penumbra:Movement with performances at the Boston University Dance Theatre, Dance Complex, Green Street Studios, and Boston Contemporary Dance Festival.  In 2015, Dream Project was invited to perform in NYC SPARKS Dance festival, YOUR MOVE Dance Festival in NJ and Dancing in Streets by Somerville Arts council, etc.  Dream passes on her deep knowledge and love of dance to her students each day at the Chinese Folk Art Dance Workshop, Bright Pearl Dance Academy, Gia Yung Dance Company, Melody Dance, Winchester Dance Group and Lexington Chinese Dance group.

Hsia-Hua Liang

Originally from Taiwan. After graduating from Tsoying Senior High School in 2010, she came to the United States to study in Miami, FL where she earned a BFA degree in Dance from New World School of the Arts. At NWSA, she worked with choreographers such as Josee Garant, Arnold Quintaine, Kyle Abraham, and Brigid Baker as well as performing Robert Battle's "Rush hour”. Hsia-Hua received an invitation and joined the Golden Key International Honor Society in 2013. She has presented her work at A Futurist Evening during Art Basel Miami 2013, and has performed with Dream project, Kinesis project and WHOLEPROJECT. She is currently a company member of CoreDance Contemporary.

Jess Chang

Jess graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2011 with a BA in Dance. In the past she has worked with Angie Moon Dance Theatre, Annie Kloppenberg & Co., Luminarium Dance Company, and others. In 2014, she relocated to Taiwan and taught at the Taipei American School. She returned to Boston in the summer of 2015, attended Bates Dance Festival, and debuted her first professional work in Luminarium’ s 24-Hour ChoreoFest. She just completed her second residency at the Taipei American School in January, setting a new work entitled Between Waves. She currently dances with Ruckus Dance and Vimoksha, and is very excited to be a part of the Dream Project!

Alexander Davis

Holds two BAs from Keene State College where he studied under the mentorship of William Seigh. He is a member of Urbanity Dance's Second Company and has worked with a variety of other artists including Betsi Graves, Marcia Murdoc, Judy Dworin, Jessica Muise, Cynthia McLaughlin, Jennifer Polins, Rebecca Stenn, Candice Salyers and Monica Bill Barnes.

Jorge Delgado

From northern Massachusetts Lawrence. He has been dancing for approximately 8 years. Throughout his journey he has had the privilege of working with amazing choreographers such as Sonia Tahey, Andy Noble, Pilobolus, and Jacki Norwiki. As of now Jorge is a part of Urbanity Dance. It’s his second season dance with Dream Project.

Kara Foote

Graduated from SUNY The College at Brockport with a BFA in Dance in 2014. Later she moved to Boston and began working with Urbanity Dance and Turning Key Dance. She has also worked with artists such as Syracuse City Ballet, Mariah Maloney, Vanessa VanWormer, Jackie Nowicki, and Andy Noble. Kara also has been a featured choreographer for Urbanity Dance's "Next" for her work "Vintage something or other."

Kurt Joyce

Currently a Senior at Emerson College perusing a degree in Marketing Communications with a minor in Dance. There he serves as the Artistic Director of Emerson Urban Dance Theatre, a company focusing within the styles of Hip Hop/ Rhythm Tap, and Choreographer for the 35th Evvy Awards. Kurt also is greatly involved within the Boston dance community working as a dancer with local companies such as Luminarium Dance Company, Touch Performance Art and as a youth instructor for Urbanity Dance.

Alison Mchorney

Earned her BA in Dance and English from Springfield College in 2014. There, she co-founded and captained the Pride Dance Team. She also held the position of principal dancer for Ayita Dance Company under the artistic direction of choreographer Ariel Cormier. She currently performs with Luminarium Dance Company and Urbanity Underground.

Jennifer-Muffin Roberts

A recent graduate of Mount Holyoke College where she began her formal training in dance. Thanks to the brilliant faculty of the Five College Dance Department, she’s encountered many forms of dance and the different pedagogies for engaging and teaching non-traditional movers. Jennifer has had the opportunity to perform works by wonderful choreographers including Katie Martin, Ranjanaa Devi, Camille A. Brown, Carl Flink, Terese Freedman and Jim Coleman at venues throughout New York, the Pioneer Valley and the Midwest. In addition to performing, she has been awarded grants to pursue her independent work in dance and liturgy. Recently Jennifer has had the honor of performing for the Boston based companies Quicksilver Dance and Angie Moon Dance Theater. When not in the studio, Jennifer can be found indulging in good fiction, good food, or a good nap. Jennifer appreciates the opportunity to dance with and learn from the wonderful movers of Jody Weber Dance.
