    Please choose an item from the website before you start this process. When you find a product you would like to receive as an exchange, write down the Name, Size, Color & SKU. You will need this information to complete the exchange process.

    Refunds on returns and canceled orders can take up to one billing cycle (30 days)

    CJTDreamDance.com is not responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges are shipped free of charge - excluding International Orders/Exchanges

    For International exchanges, the customer is responsible to pay the shipping, taxes and duties.


    CJT Dream Dance Return Policy:
    We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase and process. CJT Dream Dance will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving date the shipment or confirmed hand delivery date. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Caller/Email communication for a return or exchange will receive a return authorization number. Please include this number in/on your box with a copy of your original invoice.

    Returned products MUST come with packaging and/or tags, and MUST be in resalable condition. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 14 DAYS. Please allow 30 days for credit to be processed to your account.

    Exclusions:
    There are some products that cannot be returned or exchanged.  These products include:
    Clearance Items:  Items found in the clearance category cannot be returned.
    Customized Items:  Customized items cannot be returned.  These include custom screen printed, embroidered, heat transfer, or otherwise customized items.
    Gift Cards and Coupons:  Gift card and Coupon sales are always final.
